If you have to experience the real Manhattan, you have to stay in the heart of Big Apple, we absolutely loved our stay at the brand new Hyatt Times Square. Right from Check-in to our Check-out, we experienced the Hyatt touch almost everywhere.
Hyatt Times Square puts the guests within a short walk of some of the most diverse shopping, dining and theater experiences in the world.
Location:-
Our ratings (Out of 10):- 10
Location could not get better than Hyatt Times Square, NYC. We were situated in the heart of the action while being able to enjoy Hyatt’s elegant urban retreat. We could actually see the Times Square Center from our corner room.
The tallest newly built, freestanding Hyatt hotel in the United States, Hyatt Times Square New York, is ideally located for holiday shoppers, Broadway show-goers and business travelers. The 487-room hotel stands 54 stories high and is just steps away from famous attractions such as Broadway theaters, Radio City Music Hall, Rockefeller Center and flagship Fifth Avenue shops.
Service/Staff:-
Our ratings (Out of 10):- 9
The check-in associate, Anthony handled our check-in very efficiently and took time to explain us everything about the hotel and the local area. He also came up to the room to explain us the facilities we have in the room for us. We also met the Front Office Manager Zachary Pozin who welcomed us to the hotel and advised us to contact him if ever we needed any assistance.
The hotel associates we interacted with right from the Valet to the Check-out were very efficient and polite; they knew their jobs and wanted to go out of their way to make our stay comfortable. We would also like to mention that the associates who served us during the breakfast, especially Catherine, were very professional and friendly.
We would have given a rating of 10 if upon check-out, the associate had come to collect our luggage on time, we had to wait for 20 minutes and then finally decided to carry our luggage down by ourselves.
Rooms:-

We were given a corner room with a view of Times Square. Offering an intimate, apartment-like feel with stunning floor-to-ceiling windows and eye-catching original art, the George Wong-designed guestrooms provide a relaxing haven while still reflecting all of the excitement of city life. Neutral, light-toned fabrics and warm woods juxtapose brilliantly colored, city-themed art pieces, including a pop-art lounge chair created by a local artist.
Hyatt Times Square soothes even as it stimulates and inspires; it is sophisticated, subtle and stylish and is designed to provide a comfortable, home away from home.
F&B Facilities:-
Our ratings (Out of 10):-9
We loved our breakfast at the hotel’s stylish George Wong-designed eclectic T-45 which offers a vibrant dining setting as well as take-out service. The breakfast was A’ la carte and we got an opportunity to try out different offerings everyday. The All American breakfast with Sunny side up egg, sauteed greens, smothered breakfast potatoes, spicy pickled onions was great. The Greek Yoghurt with fruits, honey and Granola was yummy and my son loved the Big Boy Mac and Cheese so much that he ordered the same for all 3 days. Another favourite was the Breakfast Jack, Scrambled eggs served on a croissant with bacon and American cheese, served with breakfast potatoes.
Located at street level, this hip restaurant combines the energy of Broadway with the playfulness of modern art. Shiny metals are paired with a colorful striped wall-covering and warm neutral colored banquettes. Red diner stools flank the left side of the bar and white hexagonal tiles cover the floor. The lighting changes the mood of the entire restaurant depending on the time of day. With brighter lights during daytime, guests will appreciate the array of colors on the walls while enjoying a milkshake. Dimmed amber lighting in the evening will create the perfect setting for an authentic Manhattan dining experience.
With the highest hotel rooftop bar in New York City, Hyatt Times Square’s Bar 54 is taking the bar scene to new heights. Located on the 54th floor of the hotel, Bar 54 is a 122-seat indoor/outdoor lounge serving specialty cocktails, fine wines and a selection of small plates. Guests and cocktail-goers enjoy remarkable river-to-river Manhattan views, spanning from the Chrysler Building to One World Trade Center and beyond.
